ACHILLES Seiden-F

≪Achilles Seiden F≫ is a Flame Retardant flexible PVC film with special printed electro-conductive carbon on its surface. It has been passed various authorised tests including the approved test by the Japanese Fire Defense Agency.
≪Achilles Seiden F (Both Sides Printed)≫ has the special electro-conductive printing on both front and back sides. In the inside and outside in the area partitioned among, it is the one that is appropriate for the environment that needs a high electrical property.

Applications: Achilles Seiden-F  
For partition purposes in areas where high level ESD protection is needed, as in clean rooms.
Features:
1) Unique electro-conductive carbon printed on surface(s) of flexible PVC film, with surface(s) resistance level of 106 Ω(JIS K-6911 test method)
2) Good transparency
3) Flame Retardant grade 2 (with JIS A-1322 test method)

ACHILLES Seiden-FW
≪Achilles Seiden F≫ has been used widely for over decades and has become a synonym for cleanroom curtain.
The carbon-grid printing eliminates static electricity and indicates ESD Protected Area clearly.
And now, for more safety and longer production life, Achilles introduces ≪Seiden-FW≫. This new product allows the carbon grid put inside between the two layers of transparent ESD PVC film to avoid the exposure of carbon.
Structure:
Achilles Seiden-FW Structure
Recommend to use "Seiden-FW" when 1) exposed carbon is not desired; 2) frequent traffic may rub off the carbon; 3) surface resistance should not be two-sided.
